We've all waited a long time for solid, fast Internet here in our community. Well, Starlink is finally here. I've written about it here previously. For more check out this Wikipedia article.

We in this dharma have the greatest blessing, but forget it all the time. Everyone wants hope in life. It’s the sexiest thing on the planet. We who practice Sikh Dharma don’t just want hope, we live in it. Our hope, our dream, are our standard has come true. We are our hope, but do we remember it, revere it, enjoy it?
Living our hope means living our way out of the hustle and bustle of this world. We do this through compassion, exemplified by patience, tolerance and forgiveness. That doesn’t mean that we are not prepared for everything, we are, but these virtues define us, they remain our standard.
How can He, God, do such good things as well as evil acts? Well, as all holy books tell us, as our history verifies, and as our experiences attests to, everything, and I mean everything, is under Gods command, God’s will. So, how can He be both good and evil?
This question has been the essence of a doubtful student’s journey since time began. How can God create a Holocaust, make a Charles Manson, and still be a loving God? It’s hard to get. Please let me explain.
The month of July grants and encourages a time to shelter away from the world, while shifting into “rest and restore” mode. The year so far has been experienced as a near constant stream of overwhelm, and by virtue of human design we need to create a balance of ease and flow within ourselves.
The number 7 represents the themes of elevation, nature, music, the Water Element, self-trust, and an innate knowingness of what is true or false. Our gut instincts will be getting a “reboot,” and by allowing yourself a time-out in nature, you will be gifted with a clarity that will reveal the missing pieces of the puzzle.
People want me to say, believe, do, and /or be all sorts of things, all this’ and thats’ are on the table. No one is satisfied with who I am, that is, except me.. I am able to agree or not with anyone or anything without becoming a this or that. Please, let me explain.
It begins with my birth father. He was a man of many faults, but, happiness for me, unconditional love, my best interest at heart. always being there for me and covering my back, always being trustworthiness and loyal weren’t his faults, They were his virtues, his rare and great virtues. I trusted him and my trust was rewarded.
Let's go though a few givens so we can extrapolate the future and how we can adjust for our best interest.
The Universe, this world, our nation, our community, our families, our dharma, are changing. Some call it the coming of the Age of Aquarius; others, blame the stars; still, others blame one another claiming the change is not for the good. There are as many reasons as there are opinions.
I’ll tell you what slaves I believe we’ve become. We are slaves to "holding on." Holding on to our lives, our status, our fun, to our pain, you name it. Holding on is where our security lies. Holding on has a known history. Holding on is doable.
The world is changing, that’s obvious. Either you get on board, or you fall behind.
On board means flexibility. Fall behind means inflexibility; holding on to the past. Change is about the future, and the future is now. There are so many eras of the past, along with past karma, DNA, etc. that it can grab and hold a student without the student even knowing it. Don’t be one subject to these ill forces.
