Fundraising for HGRD Gurdwara Dome Regilding
The Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan told us that keeping our Hacienda De Guru Ram Das Gurdwara Gold Dome well-gilded would be like a “Passover” for our Sangat community, like a divine shield preserving our spirit, happiness, and prosperity. The Gold Dome of the Gurdwara is of central importance to the psyche of our Sangat. Currently, the gold leaf is wearing off, and the dome lacks luster. In order to restore the Gurdwara Gold Dome, HGRD requests donations to hire a professional company to regild the Gurdwara dome with 23.5 karat gold leaf sheets, guaranteed to last for 25 years.

As of August 1, HGRD has already raised $23,000. Everyone is a welcome part of this project through their donation of any amount.
How can I make a donation?

- Hand deliver a check to Nirbhe Kaur or Guru John Kaur. (Make sure to write "Gold Dome Regilding" in the memo area on the check.)

Where is my donation going? All funds are go into the HGRD bank account, specifically earmarked only for the direct costs to regild the HGRD Gurdwara Dome.
What is the timing of the HGRD Gurdwara Dome Regilding project?
Once the funds are raised, the HGRD Gurdwara Dome will be cleaned and repaired. After this, the regilding process will be completed within two weeks.
