Yogi Bhajan: Sharing

Sat Nam Dear Family,

Life is not going to get better, at least not in the foreseeable future. That is, if you don’t have a release valve. Change is difficult enough when we choose it. And when unwanted change is cast upon us, it has the potential of being unbearable. Say hello to the immediate future.

The many physical hardships which may follow are hard enough, but the mental hardships can be excruciating. Believe me or not, many people are not prepared for depression. Medication can help but that’s temporary, dependent, and side-effects dominated. Nevertheless, there is real relief available.

The Guru tells us how to bear the unbearable and endure the unendurable. The 3HO/Sikh Dharma community offers a technology which works, and works in cases like depression. We share, teach, encourage, promote, motivate, inspire, and pray for all who want our service. We love serving and helping others. To be honest, isn’t serving one of the main things we live for? I say yes!

The coming times will require great need of our service. If we don’t share with those in need, we won’t meet our protocol. It’s an intricate part of yoga and Sikhism to serve others. This is our teachings.

Here’s the kicker, the more we keep practicing sincerely, the more prepared we are when called into duty. Sadhana, Kundalini Yoga, White Tantric Yoga and Sikhism, all lead to a place of service, service to those who seek our help.

The discipline is commitment to Sadhana, Kundalini Yoga, or other elevating processes. Without that commitment, we’re just baby sitters wasting our time playing the sympathy/apathy game. We teach like the sun, which shines on all alike, available to everyone.

We don’t proselytize. Those who are so destined to be helped, will be offered such with compassion, and discipline. That being said, know that it’s the biggest waste of energy to teach someone who can’t hear. This Dharma isn’t for everyone. This Dharma isn’t interested in numbers, this Dharma is interested in elevated souls. This Dharma wants the best out of you and that’s a two way street.

This Dharma wants you to serve others. How can you do so when you need so much help yourself that you can hardly think of another? Force yourself to do so. Actually, that’s the best time to serve others, when you absolutely don’t want to. I cherish these times and taking advantage of them. The benefits are exponential.

This is my focus and I pray it’s yours as well. We need to answer the call. We serve righteousness and what can be more righteous than helping others. This is how we’ve been positioned in the Universe, so we should take advantage of it and share a technology which truly can help others.

Serving others as a representative of Guru ji, of God, is the second highest spiritual action one can do. The first being devotion to God. He loves your praise, Through devotion to Him, He requests that you serve other as He would. Therefore, serving others as God, through His Name, are the two highest things possible on this planet. It’s a two for one deal. Please, take advantage. It’s the best thing you can do for God, for others, and fro you. That’s a three for one deal. Stay Tuned.

In the Humility of Service and Gratitude,
