Guru Ram Das Library

GRD LibraryIn 2001 the Siri Singh Sahib inspired a library/research center to be created here at the Hacienda de Guru Ram Das.

The Guru Ram Das Library is located above the Langar Hall. The collection includes but is not limited to many books from India, all the books by the Siri Singh Sahib, and books published/approved by KRI. The collection represents the teachings of the Siri Singh Sahib, our yogic lifestyle, the Gurus, Sikh history and culture, Siri Guru Granth Sahib and more. Additionally, there are some of the Siri Singh Sahib's lecture tapes! Approximately one-third of the collection is in Punjabi. Many of the books are available for Sangat members to check out for up to one month (4 books maximum).

The Guru Ram Das Library is managed by Guru Simran Kaur Khalsa, Custodian. She is supported by a small corps of volunteers. We hope someday soon to offer a "title list" here. The Library is open on Thursdays from 12:30 -1:30 pm, and by appointment. To schedule an appointment or inquire about a title, please contact Guru Simran Kaur at 505-927-3782 between 8 am and 8 pm.
